$500 - 1,000

In person design consultation, floorplan layout recommendation and general design direction for homeowners to provide to contractor for construction execution.

tier 2: full design Package

$2,000 - 5,000

Tier 1 support plus detailed material selections, contractor purchase list, and 3D renderings to provide a preview of your new space.

tier 3: COntractor support

$3,000 - 6,000

Tier 2 support plus ongoing construction site visits, contractor coordination and construction scope negotiation and refinement.
